Return Policy

We accept returns on defective or damaged items, or if the wrong item was received. If you received an item you would like to return, please contact your sales representative directly or call Customer Service at 1-844-513-1003 with order and product details. Items returned without approval will not be accounted for, and will be properly disposed of.

Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy.

For sanitary reasons and the overall safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept returns on the following: drip tips, coils, cotton, batteries, wire, and bottles of liquid. We also do not accept returns on leaking disposables, but we can accept a return if the device was Dead on Arrival (DOA).

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will create the credit on your Vapes Line account, if eligible, and can be applied to a future order or refunded to the payment method used on the original order.

Returns of kits and sets must include all accessories that came with the item originally. If still available, please also include the item’s original packaging.

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to return product to Vapes Line:

Contact your sales representative or our Customer Service Center to ensure you are eligible to make a return. Once approved, securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice. Please include our return form (found at the bottom of this page). Mail your returns to the following address within 90 days of purchase:

 

Shipping is not pre-paid and return labels will not be issued, therefore you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping costs with proof of receipt may be reimbursed in the form of a credit if the wrong item was shipped to you on your initial order. Returns must be sent via USPS (Post Office). Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment for a credit to be made on your Vapes Line account. If requesting a refund, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for it to appear on your card or bank statement.
